Here are some tools and fitness equipments to keep you on top of your health and fitness.
At-home workout/ Bodyweight training
Ab Wheel - great for the core
Gymnastic Rings - very versatile, great for upper body workouts
Pull-up Bar - find the right one that will fit your doorway
Sliders - helpful to use on wooden floor or carpet (can be substituted with small towels or socks for wooden floor)
Resistance bands - versatile and great for physical recovery
Weighted vest - to add some intensity into your routine
Lower Back/ Spinal Health
Spinal Decompression Belt - great to release low back pain
Inversion Table - decompress the spine by going upside down
Gravity Boots - alternative to the inversion table, but more challenging to use
Foam Roller - great for general muscle recovery
The spinal decompression belt and the gravity boots have been essential for me to recover for a herniated disc and sciatica pain.
Martial arts/ Kickboxing
Gloves - if access to heavy bag
Heavy Bag - great for improving striking skills
Eggweights - great for shoulders conditioning (can be substituted with very light weight 1-5lb dumbbells)
